This race was in a park I visited a lot in high school and is right across the street from my summer job too. I was so comfortable with the route because I was familar with it! Plus,  I was just so excited to be running my first race. I had the best time!

2. Saturday, October 9, 2010 5K Fun Run (Aggies Tough Enough to Wear Pink! event) Las Cruces, NM
Approx 35 minutes. No clock and wasn’t doing my best to keep time at the end 😉
This event was on my campus and was a breast cancer awareness event in support of student research.
